表达第一楼美国人和英国人的说法不一样的：

美国人第一楼是说The first floor 第二楼是说 The second floor

But,英国人说第一楼是 the ground floor ，第二楼是The first floor

为什么英国人说第一楼是说The ground floor ：原因是英国人认为第一楼要跟地面平齐，这里ground 英 [graʊnd] 地面，所以The ground floor 表示第一楼，以此类推。

(备注这是英语文化差异，如果去英国旅行这个一定要搞清楚，否则去第一楼你会在第二楼下，还要走一次楼梯才能到地面）

举个例子：

我的房间在二楼

美国人这样表达：My room is on the second floor

英国人这样表达：My room is on the first floor

跟英国人聊天听到My room is on the first floor 千万不要理解为我房间在第一层，免得陷入尴尬局面

关于楼层的表达方法，英语中有两种：对于美式英语来说，第一层就是the first floor，第二层就是the second floor......以此类推。即：the+楼层的数字对应的序数词+floor而对于英式英语而言，第一层叫the ground floor，第二层才是the first floor，第三层是the second floor......即第N层：the + ground（N = 1）/ N-1对应的序数词（N>1） +floor望采纳

第一层就是the first floor，第二层就是the second floor......以此类推。
