应该是：1. The structure of this building is imcomplete 2. The project still haven't start只有一点点错
在文章或者电影中.未完成也就是待序--to be continued. in the rough也是未完成.指制作某件东西或做某件事还没完成. hang in the air未完成.未核实. 1楼的```应该是uncompleted.也是普通说法. 就看你用在什么地方了.
