听写开始各种听不懂，各种想砸电脑，各种想找原文而不得，不要紧，听，反复听。听了一个星期才听了五分钟时长的材料，没关系，接着听。直到听写正确90%以上。这个时候英文生词和文章意思其实都已经撑握了，如果没撑握我只能说你在听写中偷懒了。2、跟读大声的跟读，把嘴张大，我在开始阶段还在嘴里放了个雨花石，这个有点危险而且不卫生，但是嘴一定要打开，大声跟读，直到和原声一模一样为止。这就是练发音，你会发现越是天天见的词，发音反而有很多问题。这步结束，文章已经背会了。3、复述自已用英语把听写的内容复述一遍，记得是直接说，而不是写好了，打好草稿然后读出来。这就要求你用英语思考，练习英语表达能力。4、复习把听写中的生词，长难句记在一个本上，定期温习。结束语：就我个人而言，一个单词通过听学到的，总是比通过阅读学到的记得快，记得牢，可能每个人有不同的适合的方法。而且英语不光是单词和阅读，就我现在的状态，听和说的能力比读更重要。5、创造英语环境当英语有了一定水平后，把自己的娱乐内容，生活环境都用英语相应的东西来替代，如此一来，看网站，看电影电视剧，都是学英文呢。慢慢地很多东西你也会先想到英语再翻译成汉语，比如：“那个电影不错，interstellar,中文片名是什么来着？”

提升英语能力的方法就是多听、多读、多看首先，要想提升英语能力，必须要对英语感兴趣，有兴趣才回自主地去学习英语。所谓听，就是多听一些国外的英语新闻，比如BBC的新闻。听会了解他们的语速、吐词进而逐渐熟悉英语。多读，即多读一些课外阅读，比如英语报纸、或者是没有翻译过的外国原著，自己通过翻译软件来研究英语的乐趣。

多看，就是可以看一些英文的电影，现在都是中英双字，很便于我们理解。而且很多美剧都是很有独特意味的。这三种方法是提升英语能力很好的办法，比起死记硬背，这些方法不仅更有乐趣，还会越到国外人们的很多特性。

我常用有晴网络的“有晴爱英语”，上面都是实时的英语新闻，关键是碰到不明白的单词，可以点击查看词意，我还没有很精通英语，常遇到不会的单词，所以查看单词词意，对我来说，很重要！
