空乘又称为航空乘务员，指航空飞机上从事为旅客服务工作的人员。 空乘分为男乘务员和女乘务员，未婚女性乘务员称为空姐，已婚女性乘务员称为空嫂，男性乘务员称为空哥（空少）。

从业资格

“乘”只有两个读音：读作“chéng”时，有“用交通工具或牲畜代替步行”的义项，如“乘船”“乘飞机”。我们知道，在这些交通工具上为乘客服务的工作人员称之为“乘务员”，新闻中的“空乘人员”就是指“为乘坐飞机的乘客服务的工作人员”，所以，“空乘人员”中的“乘”只能读成“chéng”，而不能读成“chèng”。

“乘”还有一个读音，读作“shèng”，有两个意思：一是古时一车四马叫“乘”，如“千乘之国”；二是称一般史书叫“史乘”，因为春秋时晋国史书叫“乘”。

基本要求

1、诚实，正派，品德高尚，热爱民航服务工作，具有良好的职业道德修养，有较强的安全保密意识和高度的工作责任心，无不良嗜好；

2、做事认真严谨，思维敏捷，遇事灵活应变，有较好的团队意识和服务意识。

年龄要求

年龄要求1: 18-25周岁（1992年1月1日—1999年12月31日出生）,未婚未育, 性别不限

年龄要求2: 20-32周岁（1985年1月1日—1997年12月31日出生）,已婚已育, 仅限女性

身体要求

1、五官端正，体格健康；

2、身高：男：175CM—185CM; 女：163CM-175CM；

语言要求

1、普通话标准，不低于国家标准的二级水平：要求声韵母发音清楚，方言语调不明显。

2、现场报到时出示外语等级证书原件，要求符合下列条件之一：

a.本科毕业生须取得英语四级证书且口语流利；

b.专科毕业生须通过英语应用能力A级考试（相当于大学英语三级水平）或取得大学英语三级以上水平的英语 证书，口语流利；

c.日语专业毕业生须取得《日语能力测试3级》以上证书。

职业生涯

空乘的职业生涯可分为四个阶段：普通舱乘务员、两舱乘务员、区域乘务长、主任乘务长。一般学员在完成相应的业务培训后，可担当普通舱乘务员。随着飞行小时数的增加，个人资历的提升，通过相应的考核，可提升为两舱/头等舱乘务员。

头等舱乘务员考核期满后，可担当区域乘务长，成绩优秀的区域乘务长经过考评委员会严格的考评后，可担当主任乘务长，并可以独立带班执行国际航班。

形象礼仪

形象

空姐的形象和礼仪不仅关系着航空公司的形象，而且代表着国家、民族的对外形象。

1、发型：空姐身着制服时，头发注意保持发型整洁美观、大方自然、统一规范、修饰得体。发型以乘务业务规定的标准发型为主，不留怪异发型。

2、化妆：空姐值勤时必须化工作妆，补妆，保持良好的精神面貌，保持手和指甲修剪整洁。不使用不健康颜色及亮彩色等的口红，不佩带过大的饰物、时装手表，不在旅客面前补妆、修饰。

3、制服：值勤时，同一航班乘务组乘务员可根据航线季节、天气变化及个人身体素质着装，空姐一律着裙装；迎送客时，空姐可着马甲，寒冷地区可着大衣。皮鞋应保持光亮、无破损，空中应着单皮鞋，平底鞋只能在空中服务时穿着。着制服时须扣好纽扣，空姐着大衣、风衣时不要系好腰带、佩带围巾、手套。登机证佩带在制服、风衣、大衣胸前，上机后摘掉；服务牌佩带在制服右上侧、衬衣和围裙的左上侧。

礼仪

空姐在工作、生活、驻外期间应具有良好的个人修养和礼貌礼仪。

1、空姐在工作区域应着装大方，不着奇装异服，工作装与便装不混穿。与旅客、领导、同事相遇，应微笑示意、驻足让道、主动问好。

2、空姐在任何时候均以礼貌平和的方式讲话。

3、接听电话时应使用文明电话用语。

4、维护公共场所秩序，不大声喧哗、嬉笑、打闹。

5、保守国家机密、尊重驻地国民俗、文化。不以公司立场对外发言。

发展前景

随着民航总局对外国航空公司开辟中国航线的政策逐渐放宽，许多外国航空公司开辟了中国航线，对中国乘务人才的需求才在不断增加。同时，每年因为会有相当数量的乘务人员自然减员，需要大量专业人才迅速补充。这些因素都使得民航专业人才的需求呈现上升趋势。

空少这门职业是伴随着现代民航业的发展应运而生，男性在民航客舱服务领域所具有的独特优势已经越来越得到航空公司的普遍重视和社会的广泛认可。2004年中国民航首个“空中男乘组”在国航诞生，2009年中国民航大学首次对空少这门职业独立编班，标志着空少作为一门专业在中国高等学府的正式确立。

空少是与乘客直接接触的一个群体，处于民航客舱服务领域的最前沿。随着中国由“民航大国”向“民航强国”的转变，民航客舱服务领域将会涌现出越来越多高素质的空少人才，为乘客提供更加安全优质高效的服务，为中国的民航事业谱写和谐新篇。
